Whatever is the case for you, bringing something with you to snack on between your lunch and coffee brake is a much better choice than getting something from the vending machine.

You have of course the obvious choice of fruit which paired with 2 spoons of peanut butter will make an excellent filling mini meal. Peanut butter has protein and healthy fats that will reduce your hunger and keep your weight down.

A small apple with 2 spoons of peanut butter is about 267 calories.

Coconut chunks. You can buy fresh coconut chunks prepackedin small containers or dry chips. Both excellent choices that will keep you full for hours.

Greek yogurt with berries. Greek yogurt is full with protein, calcium, magnesim and potassium. All very important for concentration and the right functioning of the brain. Berries are high in antioxidants and desiease fighting properties.

Boiled eggs is one of the most filling foods low in calories and is also packed with vitamins (vit. B12) protein and healthy fats. You can pair it with 2 rice or mais cakes for extra taste.

Protein shake with greens. Is not always easy to eat enough greens during the day. Nowdays you can buy a mix of green veggies and fruits in powder form. Mix it with a scoop of protein and their you have a super healthy and filling protein smoothie.

Beef or chicken jerky. Jerky is high in protein and low in calories and fat. It comes in a bag which makes it very convienient to have in your desk or carry in your bag. Perfect snack to keep you full till the next meal.

Cottage cheese with cucumber. Another excellent choice to snack on. High in protein and calcium, comined with cucumber which is high in water and fiber makes a mini meal super healthy and satisfying.
