    • I send then you a Detailed Questionnaire to gather get a really accurate pictures of your current situation and goals.
    • We will identify together Potential Barriers or stumbling blocks, habits, associations, mindset, overcoming negative influences in your life, lack of self-confidence, discouragement, loss of focus…
    • I will then outline a First Course of Actions based upon our conversation and we will adjust it regularly as you make progress.
    • You will get a 100% Tailor-Made Nutrition Plan, with recipes, shopping list, portions needed, anti-cravings solutions. This plan will be different every month and will evolve according to your progress.
