1. Products and Services
The products and services offered on catherinepiotinstitute.com are described in detail on their respective pages, including their main characteristics, price, and conditions of access. Our products are primarily digital (online programmes, coaching sessions, and downloadable resources), accessible online following confirmed payment.
We reserve the right to modify our product offering at any time. Any such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
2. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes (such as VAT) vary depending on your country of residence and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. 3. Ordering Process

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or unavailability of the product. You will be notified promptly in such cases and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

4. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are processed via a secure payment gateway using SSL encryption. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered online. Access will be granted immediately or shortly after payment confirmation, depending on the specific product. Delivery details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at service@catherinepiotinstitute.com.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, as implemented in German law (§ 312g BGB), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.
However, in accordance with § 356 (5) BGB, the right of withdrawal lapses for digital content not supplied on a physical medium where delivery has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By ticking the relevant box at checkout and confirming your order, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery has commenced.
If delivery has not yet commenced, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at service@catherinepiotinstitute.com using the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original transaction, at no cost to you.
7. Returns and Refunds
For digital products where access has been granted and you have consented to immediate delivery as described in Section 6, the right of withdrawal has lapsed and no refund is due on that basis.
If you experience a technical fault preventing access to your product, please contact us at service@catherinepiotinstitute.com. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the fault cannot be resolved, you will be entitled to a full refund.
8. Legal Warranties
In accordance with German law (§§ 434–445 BGB) and EU Directive 2019/771 and 2019/770 (digital content and services), all products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty of conformity from the date of delivery.

9. Medical Disclaimer
Catherine Piot Institute provides health, fitness, and nutrition coaching programmes for informational and educational purposes only. We are not medical professionals. Our programmes are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and do not constitute medical advice.
Always consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new nutrition or fitness programme, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical condition. If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse reaction, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. We accept no liability for indirect damages, loss of data, or loss of earnings.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under German law (§ 309 No. 7 BGB).

12. Dispute Resolution — Mediation
In accordance with EU Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution and the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz — VSBG), we are willing to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a recognised consumer arbitration body.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved by mediation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent German courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in your country of residence within the EU.
